Family First
We treat every home with the care and respect we would bring to a family member’s house.
Our Story
Built from the ground up on honesty and integrity.
RBO Construction LLC is a family-owned company serving Plano, DFW, and North Texas homeowners who want a trusted, clear, personal remodeling experience.
Meet Jason Lamb
Your home is personal. The people you hire should be, too.
Jason brings more than 20 years of construction experience to every project. As the owner and lead contractor at RBO Construction, he stays closely involved from the first conversation to the final details.
“I care about every project as if it were my own home. When you sign with us, we are more than contractors—we become family.”

Meet the Family
“We are your neighbors. We are your community. We sit next to you at church, and you can say hi to us in the grocery store.”
When you invite us into your home, you are not hiring a faceless company. You are working with a real family that lives in the same communities, shops at the same stores, and genuinely cares about the place you call home. That is what makes RBO Construction different—we are not just building homes; we are building community.
