A Contractor Who Knows North Texas
Remodeling is a local business, and not only because someone has to drive to your house. Building codes, permit fees, inspection schedules and even common structural issues differ from one North Texas city to the next. A contractor who has already worked through the City of Dallas development services process, or who knows how Frisco schedules its inspections, simply moves faster than one learning it for the first time.
Housing stock varies just as much. Mid-century homes in Richardson and Garland present different challenges than 1990s construction in Plano and Allen, which in turn differ from the newer builds filling Prosper, Melissa and Anna. Two decades of working across all of it means we can walk a property and give you a realistic estimate rather than an optimistic one that grows through change orders.

No. We quote projects across our full North Texas service area at consistent rates. Whether your home is in Dallas, Frisco, Melissa or Rockwall, pricing is based on the scope of the work rather than the drive time.
How far will RBO Construction travel for a remodeling project?
We regularly work throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, roughly within a 50-mile radius of Plano. That covers Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall and Tarrant county communities. If you are unsure whether your home falls in our service area, call Jason at (325) 338-4946.
Do you handle permits in every city you serve?
Yes. Permitting requirements, fees and inspection timelines vary considerably between North Texas municipalities. Jason handles drawings, permit applications and inspection scheduling with the appropriate city or town for every project we take on.
Which cities does RBO Construction work in most often?
Our highest project volume is in Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson and Dallas, though we work throughout the metroplex including Melissa, Anna, Prosper, Rockwall, Denton, Lewisville, Carrollton, Garland, Irving and Arlington.
